Return Window

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including intimate wear, health and personal care items, and gift cards.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
